Vaše úkoly:

Zajišťování zpracování zákaznických reklamací
Analýza a vyhodnocování stavu kvality
Zodpovědnost za zavádění a kontrolu opatření ke kvalitativním odchylkám a ověřuje jejich účinnost
Komunikace s interním a externím zákazníkem z pohledu zajištění kvality

Požadavky:

SŠ popř. VŠ vzdělání (technického směru výhodou)
Znalost systémů řízení kvality IATF16949, VDA 6.3
Praktická znalost FMEA
NJ nebo AJ na komunikativní úrovní (min. B2)
Časová flexibilita, řidičský průkaz - skupina B, aktivní řidič
