Expert Process Optimization Quality (m/f/d)

Your tasks:  

  • Execution and management of divisional, local and cross-site quality improvement projects (e.g. CTQ- (Critical to Quality), Six-Sigma-, Q-Technology projects etc.) using agile methods in the respective technologies and technical processes.
  • Identify, evaluate and transfer best practices and benchmarks (internal and external) related to quality.
  • Creation and execution of a Lesson Learned, benchmarking and networking platform with the quality experts in the plants.
  • Evaluation of existing and new quality technologies (e.g. processes, procedures, hardware) and analyzing needs and identify optimization opportunities in various technological quality areas according to internal, customer and business requirements.
  • Execution and Training of Problem Solving Techniques, local and cross-site according to current automotive standards and continuous improvement of internal process framework and adaption to the latest product and process developments.

 

Your profile: 

  • Completed studies and degree in Mechanical Engineering, electrical engineering or Industrial Engineering or similar
  • 5+ years of working experience within quality, manufacturing on a Tier-1/2 Supplier or OEM environment
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and quality improvement methods skills
  • Structured approach to work, a high degree of independence and the desire to take on responsibility
  • Knowledge of methods and processes in the quality environment as well as experience in project leadership/project management in an agile environment desirable
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken is a must.
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally – e.g. to Germany, etc.
