HR Generalist

Job Description

What you can look forward to as HR generalist:

• Provide general HR field support for various HR functions, monitor the administration of the HR policies, processes and projects and liaise between employees and HR.
• Be the main local support for the dual plant HR Manager
• Provide expertise, consultation and mediation to managers/ supervisors as regards labor law compliance, record keeping, employee relations, recruiting, employee retention programs, performance appraisal, disciplinary and termination processes.
• Coordinate, manage and monitor hiring and recruitment processes for the plant including the review of application/resume, the evaluation of applicants’ skills and the recommendation regarding the applicants’ qualifications.
• Guarantee that supervisors are in compliance with all national and company guidelines.
• Develop and implement resolutions of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries, if advised by HR Manager.
• Provide HR services and HR consultation to all employees.
• Provide preparations for compensation and benefits administration.
• Plan and carry out employee orientation/onboarding process as well as exit interviews.

Your profile as HR generalist:

• BA or MA Degree in Human Resources or other connecting fields
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in similar position preferably in multinational environment
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP (or other relevant HR system)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the organization
• Relevant knowledge in labor, social security and HR tax law
• Good organizing ability and time management skills
• Strong customer focus, flexibility and resilience
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with high diligence
• Fluent English
