The Corporate Risk Management & Internal Controls Expert is responsible for the coordination, maintenance and presentation of the ZFFCN Risk Management process as well as the implementation and maintenance of the ZFFCN Internal Control System to ensure the integrity and reliability of financial reporting.

 

What you can look forward to as Corporate Risk Management & Internal Controls Expert:

  • Serve as an expert for ZFFCN Group’s global risk management process as a centralized governance function within the Finance department.
  • Support company-wide risk identification and evaluation in cooperation with corporate functions as well as regional and plant representatives.
  • Align strategies for identified risks and support mitigating measures for risks and opportunities.
  • Consolidate the risk informations into a regular risk report to the Board of Management.
  • Represent the risk management function during internal and external audits.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain internal control systems to ensure the integrity and reliability of financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with internal control policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on internal control standards and best practices.
  • Prepare detailed reports on the effectiveness of internal controls and present findings to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure the company's internal control systems are compliant.

 

Your profile as Corporate Risk Management & Internal Controls Expert:

  • 5+ years of experience in risk management or internal control processes, ideally in an international industry environment.
  • Academic degree in Engineering, Finance or related field.
  • Strong understanding of risk management and internal control frameworks such as COSO, SOX or ISO 31000:2018
  • Proactive, independent, self-reliant and structured approach to work. 
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills in Englis
