We are hiring a Trainer Intern to join our team in Ciudad Juárez.

What you can expect as a Trainer Intern:
• Support training activities for production operators and ensure compliance with established training procedures.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new operators in their assigned work areas.
• Generate and maintain training records, documentation, and evidence of completed training sessions.
• Train operators on workstation documentation, formats, and operational procedures.
• Communicate area performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train personnel according to Operational Method Sheets (OMS) using the 4-Step Training Method.
• Verify that operators correctly perform processes, understand critical quality and safety points, and properly complete required documentation.
• Ensure all training activities are accurately recorded in the corresponding systems and formats.
• Support cross-training activities when operators change workstations or operations within the production area.
• Promote compliance with safety procedures, TPM requirements, and personal protective equipment standards.

Your Profile as a Trainer Intern
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• University insurance or medical insurance.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
