We are looking to hire a Principal Supply Chain Specialist (New programs focus) to join our team at CD 
 
What you can look forward as Principal Supply Chain Specialist:
•    Prepare and update reports and indicators for the area under their responsibility.
•    Look for cost-saving projects within the SCM process.
•    Support onboarding processes for new hires or internal transfers.
•    Facilitate involvement from different areas of the organization, including suppliers, to improve programs, costs, and deliveries.
•    Monitor material parameters to ensure they are at optimal levels according to the component's nature.
•    Coordinate the development and launch of new programs from logistics activities (Materials Planning, Production Planning, CS).

 
 Your profile as Principal Supply Chain Specialist:
•    Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related field and/or 5+ years of related experience)/ 5+ years of experience in the field of Supply Chain (particularly within the automotive or electronics industry)
•    5+ years (progressive) of professional experience encompassing many of the following fields – Production Control, purchasing, logistics, Electronic Data Interchange functional analysis, and/or business process planning.
•    Broad knowledge in Customer Demand Analysis /    Broad Master Planing Scheduling skills and knowledge /   Strong customer negotiations skills /   Procurement /materials planning experience is a plus
•    Bilingual Spanish-English
•    Mandatory Strong Experience with SAP (experience with MM, SD, and PP)
•    Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO-9001 standards and requirements /Knowledge in a NAFTA Customs environment.Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO-9001 standards and requirements /Knowledge in a NAFTA Customs environment..
