We are hiring a Quality Intern to join our team in Cd. Juárez.

What you can expect as a Quality Intern:
• Support Supplier Quality Engineers in supplier approval and PPAP activities.
• Assist in investigating supplier quality issues using 8D and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Analyze quality data and generate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in supplier performance monitoring and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Suppliers.
• Support the maintenance of quality documentation, including PFMEA, Control Plans, and inspection records.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
• Gain hands-on experience in supplier quality management within the automotive industry.

Your Profile as a Quality Intern
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related fields).
• University insurance or medical insurance.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Results-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.
