About the Team
The Finance Department is comprised of a diverse and skilled team of professionals who work together to support the financial health of the organization. The team is structured to ensure efficient financial operations and provide strategic insights across all areas of the business, including manufacturing, sales, logistics, and research & development.

What you can look forward to as a Sr Financial Analyst Cost?
    • Cost Analysis & Reporting; Prepare cost reports, including standard costing, variance analysis, and profitability analysis. Analyze production costs and recommend cost-saving measures without compromising product quality.
    • Inventory Control & Valuation; Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconciliations, ensuring proper valuation of raw materials, work in progress (WIP), and finished goods. Oversee the proper recording of inventory transactions in the financial system.
    • Budgeting & Forecasting; Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasting, and financial planning related to production costs. Support the preparation of financial forecasts and provide insights into cost trends and variances.
    • Collaboration & Communication; Collaborate with manufacturing, purchasing, and logistics teams to gather necessary cost data and improve accuracy in cost allocation. Work closely with management to provide recommendations on cost control and margin improvement.
    • Compliance & Auditing; Assist with the preparation for internal and external audits related to cost accounting. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry-specific financial reporting requirements.

Your Profile as  Sr Financial Analyst Cost:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline
    • 3-5+ years of experience as a cost analyst, cost accountant, or comparable position/experience
    • Fluent English language competency – both oral and written
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
    • Working knowledge of ad-hoc financial analysis and the generation of monthly management reports 
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, variances, and cost-saving opportunities.
