We are looking to hire a  Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at CD Juarez (Parque Bafar)
 
What you can look forward as Customer Service Coordinator:

•    Prepare and update reports and indicators for the area under their responsibility.
•    Look for cost-saving projects within the SCM process.
•    Support onboarding processes for new hires or internal transfers.
•    Facilitate involvement from different areas of the organization, including suppliers, to improve programs, costs, and deliveries.
•    Monitor material parameters to ensure they are at optimal levels according to the component's nature.
•    Coordinate the development and launch of new programs from logistics activities (Materials Planning, Production Planning, CS).

 
 Your profile as Customer Service Coordinator:

•    Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related field and/or 5+ years of related experience)
•    8+ years (progressive) of professional experience encompassing many of the following fields – Production Control, purchasing, logistics, quality, EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) functional analysis, and/or business process planning.
•    Broad knowledge in Customer Demand Analysis
•    Broad MPS skills and knowledge
•    Strong customer negotiations skills
•    Procurement /materials planning experience is a plus
•    4+ years of supervisory experience/   Experience in the Automotive and /or Electronics industry is a must
•    Bilingual Spanish-English
