We are looking to Hire a Program Manager to join our team at Ciudad Juarez:

 
What you can look forward as Program Manager:
•    Manage the full process for New Launches with the interdisciplinary team
•    Control the costs and budgets involved with each program ensuring profit at all times.
•    Always maintain visibility of the measurables of your programs. Internally coordinate efforts to meet the requirements of service parts requested by customers and be delivered at the best cost, with quality and on time.
•    Manage engineering change

Your profile as Program Manager:
•    B.S. Degree, M.S is preferred. Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
•    6+ years of experience within a product development and/or Electronics manufacturing environment.
•    3+ years of experience with project supervision in one or more of the following areas: industrialization, manufacturing engineering, manufacturing planning, and/or program/launch management 
•    2+ years of experience with Bills of Material (BOM) structures, design change procedures, and technical facets of product development.
•    Fully Bilingüal
