We are looking for a Project Manager in our plant in Juarez

Requirements:

B.S. Degree, M.S is preferred. Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
6+ years of experience within a product development and/or Electronics manufacturing environment.
3+ years of experience with project supervision in one or more of the following areas: industrialization, manufacturing engineering, manufacturing planning, and/or program/launch management
English 100%
3+ years of experience with organizational management and project management
2+ years of experience with Bills of Material (BOM) structures, design change procedures, and technical facets of product development.
3+ years of leadership or management experience involving coaching, mentoring, motivation, and conflict management
3+ years of experience in plant operations,
3+ years of experience in automotive industry.

Knowledge:

Microsoft Office
Familiarity with Axalant and/or comparable engineering change system
Familiarity with SAP and/or comparable ERP system
Good verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of 5S and Six Sigma problem-solving methodology
TS16949 awareness training
Proficient with Axalant or comparable engineering change system
Proficient with SAP or related MRP system
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to influence and engage at multiple levels within internal and external organizations
