We are looking for a Production Control and customer service supervisor in our plant in Juarez

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related field and/or 5+ years of related experience)

• 8+ years (progressive) of professional experience encompassing many of the following fields – Production Control, purchasing, logistics, quality, EDI functional analysis, and/or business process planning.

• Time management

• Task assignment and workload distribution skills  

• Broad knowledge in Customer Demand Analysis

• Broad MPS skills and knowledge

• Strong customer negotiations skills

• Strong leadership skills

• Procurement /materials planning experience is a plus

• 6+ years of experience in the field of Supply Chain (particularly within the automotive or electronics industry)

• 4+ years of supervising

• Experience in the Automotive and/or Electronics industry

• Bilingual Spanish-English

Knowledge:

• Broad knowledge of overall business practices, demand forecasting, customer service, and inventory control

• Working knowledge of assigned commodities, material control methods, scheduling processes

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project etc.)

• Solid organization and time/project management skills

• Experience with SAP (experience with MM, SD, and PP)

• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO-9001 standards and requirements.

• Knowledge in a NAFTA Customs environment
