Requirements:

Engineering Bachelor in Mechanic, Mechatronic Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
3-5 years of experience in injection molding, Mold / Machine set up, Process development and troubleshooting with Nylon and Thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) Materials.
85% English.
Availability to travel.

Knowledge:

Knowledge of scientific molding principles.
Computer-based mold flow simulation.
Engineering changes, continuous improvement, problem solving skills.
Experience with Molding maintenance management (Preventive, corrective, spare parts).
Experience with molding suppliers.
Lean manufacturing (SMED, Kanban, VSM, TPM, 5S’s, etc..).
Knowledge of automation (PLC, Lasers, scanners, linear motion systems, conveyors, etc.)
IATF Knowledge.
