We are looking to hire a Sr Manufacturing engineer to work focused on New launches and join our team at CD Juarez (Juarez II- Parque Industrial Bafar)

What you can look forward as Sr Manufacturing engineer:

- To Ensure the launch of new products in all phases of the APQP from a manufacturing perspective

-To Perform on-site equipment validations with the supplier and in the plant installation phase

- To Generate documentation for the equipment and prepare for approvals with clients

- Support production area in training the people for using of the equipment and troubleshooting failure modes

 Your profile as Sr Manufacturing Engineer:

Engineering
5+ years of experience in a similar role within automotive industry
• Experience in the introduction of new projects. • Experience in quoting labor, tooling and equipment. • Experience in implementing and coordinating engineering changes. • Experience in high automation equipment (sintering molding) • Experience in handling reflow ovens • Knowledge of traceability systems. • Knowledge of automatic dispensing equipment • Knowledge of AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection), SPI (Soldier paste inspection) and laser welding equipment • Knowledge of sintering processes (desirable). • Knowledge of SAP/Axalant for engineering (desirable). • Analysis of material flow through layouts, • Knowledge of time and motion studies (MOST). • World-class manufacturing practices such as JIT, KAN-BAN, SMED, Lean mfg. • CORE TOOLS, APQP advanced
