About the Team

We are Division Commercial Vehicle Solutions (CVS), we are currently expanding our R&D teams across China and looking for new colleagues to join us in Jinan.

What you can look forward to as a Technical Project Manager:

• Budget responsibility for Professional Services (PS), Other Outside Services (OOS), and Product Engineering hours spent according to the project business case & AOP Plan
• Plan and allocate the necessary engineering resources according to the business plan
• Ensure project staffing / required skills for the engineering resources
• Track and execute technical work packages as defined in the Product Engineering Process (PEP) and CVS Product Creation Process
• Set up, track and ensure the project time plan related to Product Engineering activities in alignment with all functions

Your profile as a Technical Project Manager:

• Degree in Engineering
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Engineering or Project Management in the automotive industry
• Successfully managed already smaller technical projects (is an asset)
• Experience in team management
