About the Team

We are Division Commercial Vehicle Solutions (CVS), we are currently expanding our R&D teams across China and looking for new colleagues to join us in Jinan.

What you can look forward to as an ADAS System Requirement Management Engineer:

• Regularly align with customer (internal / external) for requirements clarification and specify technical system requirements derived from customer (internal / external) requirements
• Design, plan and track system architecture, create system specifications based on system requirements
• Formulates Safety Goals, Functional and Technical Safety Concepts according ISO26262 (if applicable)
• Formulate product variants and product configuration strategies, create product variants and product configuration plans and tables
• Support development of system verification strategies and creation of test plans and test specifications

Your profile as an ADAS System Requirement Management Engineer:

• Master degree in automotive engineering or equivalent education
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant engineering practices preferably in automotive industry
• Master practitioner in formulating requirements
• Good understanding of mechanical hardware (mechanics, electromechanics)
• Competent and experienced in using modern tools and techniques for requirements management, system architecture and design, skill in PTC Integrity / DOORS is a PLUS
• Good English communication skill
