System Developer Functions

We are currently expanding our R&D teams in China and looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location Jinan

Your tasks:

• Interact with internal and external partners, identify customer pain points and verify long-term market requirements
• Ideation and incubation to derive the new idea which can grow into innovation projects
• Develop the function and algorithms in the technology areas of data and connectivity according to verified requirement based on legislation mandates or emerging market needs.
• Validate the developed functions or algorithms with prototypes by performing tests in lab or vehicles
• Build up and implement Innovation Validation Plans (IVP) based on concept study results, risk analysis, internal & external functional analysis etc.

Your profile:

• Master’s degree or above with major in electronic / automotive / computer engineering, graduation from renowned university
• Minimum 5 years working experience in function or algorithms development in V2X, connectivity, data and intelligence ,ADAS(Min. 3 years experience for Ph. D holder)
• Experience in pre-development or product innovation will be a plus
• Good knowledge in sensor, signal processing and data analysis
• Demonstrated capability of independent development of functions from ideas to concepts to final validation.
