About the Team

We are Division Commercial Vehicle Solutions, we are currently expanding our software development team across China and looking for new colleagues to join us in Jinan.

What you can look forward to as a Software Engineer:

• Responsible for development, configuration, integration and debugging of AUTOSAR Classic MCAL (Microcontroller Abstraction Layer) and BSW, perform platform-level adaptation and porting to ensure production ECU software meets functional, safety, performance and quality targets; drive collaboration with hardware, system and upper-layer software teams to improve development efficiency and reusability
• Configure, generate and integrate MCAL/BSW modules per AUTOSAR using tools such as EB tresos and Vector DaVinci Configurator
• Perform chip and board bring-up (covering clock, memory, startup files, linker scripts, stack and interrupt vectors)
• Configure, develop and debug the typical modules: Port, Dio, Adc, Pwm, Gpt, Can/CanIf/CanTrcv, Lin, Spi, Wdg/WdgIf, Fls/Fee/Eep, Mcu, OS, EcuM, Det
• Develop and optimize peripheral drivers with register-level debugging; validate signals and timing using oscilloscope/logic analyzer
• Follow coding standards (e.g., MISRA-C); enforce code reviews, static/dynamic analysis and CI processes
• Collaborate with hardware, system, application, safety and test teams to support functional safety, communication, diagnostics and bootloader requirements
• Prepare technical documents and production deliverables, including design specs, interface specs, release notes, user manuals and maintenance guides

Your Profile as a Software Engineer:

• Solid C programming fundamentals; knowledge of MISRA-C is preferred
• Familiar with compiler optimizations, linker scripts, startup sequence and stack management; able to read MCU datasheets/reference manuals
• Hands-on experience with at least one MCU platform: Infineon AURIX (TC2xx/TC3xx), NXP S32K/MPC5xxx, Renesas RH850/RL78; familiarity with ST, TI, Microchip is acceptable
• Capable of register-level debugging and driver-layer issue isolation (initialization, timing, configuration conflicts, etc.)
• Practical AUTOSAR BSW/MCAL development or production experience is a plus
• Education: Bachelor or above in EE, Automation, CS, Communications, Vehicle Engineering or related fields
• Knowledge & Skills: Understanding of AUTOSAR Classic and MCAL/BSW architectures; driver development and debugging; embedded real-time systems fundamentals
• Toolchain: Compilers & IDEs (GreenHills, HighTec, IAR, WindRiver, Keil, S32DS); Debuggers (Lauterbach Trace32, iSystem, P&E, J-Link); Version control (Git, SVN)
