We are currently expanding our PE teams in Shanghai, Jinan, Qingdao and Jiaxing and looking for new colleagues who will join our team.

Your Tasks

Budget responsibility for Professional Services (PS), Other Outside Services (OOS), and Product Engineering hours spent according to the project business case & AOP Plan.
Plan and allocate the necessary engineering resources according to the business plan
Ensure project staffing / required skills for the engineering resources
Track and execute technical work packages as defined in the Product Engineering Process (PEP) and WABCO Product Creation Process (WPCP)
Set up, track and ensure the project time plan related to Product Engineering activities in alignment with all functions

Your Profile

Degree in Engineering; Fluent in English
Minimum 5 years of experience in Engineering or Project Management in the automotive industry
Successfully managed already smaller technical projects (is an asset)
Knowledge of CVS products and systems
