We are currently expanding our PE teams in Changchun and Jiaxin andlooking for new colleagues who will join our team.
Your tasks:

Responsible for the overall work of product, Including coordination of Product Planning, Product Design, Process Design, Product testing, Product approval.
Benchmarking according to market competitor product, including product performance benchmarking, product structure benchmarking, and analyze advantage for each.
With benchmarking result, provide product improvement idea and provide input to global core design team.
Low cost gear technical solution set, to meet performance requirement, durability requirement, and cost target.
Coordinate outer needed resource on VAVE activities, and progress follow up to assure on time project launch, to technical approval on VAVE project internally.

Your profile:

Bachelor degree or above.
Good oral skill in English.
Familiar with the works of steering, steering system, Control the processing and assembly of Steering.
Technology with automotive components ，Industry experience and Management experience.
