About the Team

Global service engineer team in Driveline technology product line of CVS. Mainly work with cross functions to provide field quality service.

What you can look forward to as Senior Field Quality Service Engineer

• Representative of Customer Service in GDPEP projects with the objective of developing a service-oriented product and establishing service capability.
• Development of service strategies and service concepts for new products and new applications. Coordinate tasks to achieve service capability with B Division, Corporate Research and Development and the Development Departments within CVS Division.
• Definition of the diagnosis functions and the diagnosis strategy for the application in the ZF service organization as well as at our customers.

Your Profile as Senior Field Quality Service Engineer

• Engineering degree technical automotive or equivalent is mandatory
• Mnium three years software diagnostics experience in automotive industry
•  Knowledge of quality stands such as IATF16949
• Strong communication skills within the global organization
• Conflict management skills/ drive positive frictions with key stakeholders
