We arecurrently expanding our PE Quality team in Jiaxing and looking for new colleagues who will join our team.

Your tasks:

Drive a process-oriented Quality Mindset through the R&D Organization, especially in early and build in Quality
Facilitate project teams in understanding, defining and adhering to the process established
Ensure risk-based execution of the EGR’s and SYS review releases by conducting

quality audit & review

Support in definition, capture and analysis of metrics pertaining to Project / Product
Assess and drive tailored process compliance

Your profile:

Bachelor degree in engineering (electronics, mechanics), physics or related technical experience
3 years experience in Quality Assurance or R&D in automotive industry
Knowledge of automotive core tools FMEA and APQA
Understanding of project management techniques
Project Maturity Level Assurance (MLA/RGA - VDA)
