Mechanical Design Engineer-Emobility

About the Team

We are Division Commercial Vehicle Solutions, we are currently expanding our R&D team across China and looking for new colleagues who will join our team in Jiaxing.

What you can look forward to as a Mechanical Designer:

• Responsible for CV transmission and E-drive product mechanical integration and parts design on component level
• Implement the basic mechanical calculation and simulation methodology
• Create sectional drawing and set up installation space inspection
• Cooperation in supporting detailed design tasks
• Manage and coordinate the design change process

Your Profile as a Mechanical Designer:

• Bachelor or above in mechanical or automotive engineering, above 3 years experience in automotive industry
• Expert design competence for 3D model and 2D drawing, experience with transmission or E-drive product design is a plus
• Expert competence with GD&T and tolerance stack up, familiar with measuring techniques
• Familiar with mechanical simulation, experienced in thermal/Electro-magnetism simulation is a plus
• Expert competence with sand/die casting process, and familiar with regular metal material characteristics
• Experience with Creo quick simulation is a plus
• Experience with ANSYS simulation is a plus
