Your Tasks

Lead Launch Management in Plant to reach KPIs for safe and efficient Launches
Responsible for OPS Launch Management after handover of Divisional Team to insure an effective production readiness
Schedule, organize and perform checkpoint sign-off for LM checkpoints to take decisions and drive escalation into GDPEP
Support OPS Launch Management in early phase (Production Concept Readiness) to increase plant awareness and experience
Regular reporting to GDPEP and product line organization to identify risks and present actual Launch status

Your Profile

Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering/Automotive Engineering and the relevant
3-5 years' experience in process planning of mechanical manufacturing and project management. Automotive Industry experience is preferred
Fluent English speaking, reading and writing
Skilled use of MS, 2D/3D design, good use of project management software
Familiar with quality management tools: APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA
