SCOPE AND IMPACT OF POSITION ON THE ORGANIZATION:
- CNHTC
- Product line: Driveline systems & Driveline components
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Growing sales via building strong relationship between customer and cross functional efforts within ZF
- Implement VOC process
- Transfer customer needs, requirement, and expectations into the organization
- Actively identify business opportunities & pursue
- Drive and improve customer satisfaction
- Extend relationship (customer partnership, etc.)
- Drive and support key initiatives
- Build competency of the KAM and plan resources
- More than 15 years’ experience in commercial vehicle/ automotive systems engineering industry
- Engineering experience for commercial vehicle chassis is a plus
- Proven sales management experience and records
- Excellent communication skills at all levels internally and externally
- Strong negotiation skills
- Business acumen & entrepreneurship
- Structured approach (Six Sigma certification preferable)
- English & local language
