IE Engineer

About the Team

We are Division Commerical Vehicle Solutions (CVS), we are expanding our IE team and looking for new colleagues to join us in Jiaxing.

What you can look forward to as an IE Engineer: 

• Process Planning: Creation and update, including Flow Chart, PFMEA, Special Characteristic, Control Plan and Work instruction / Standard work instruction
• Change Mangagement: Axalent & Windchill system: Change request review and approval, Transfer the Technical change management to production for implementation and feedback to Eng. Dep. Update all the related documents
• Other process management:  Error Proofing set up, creat list and error proofing check WI, process parameter list and control management and so on
• Capacity plan: Tact time analysis and line-balance, create different capacity plan according to different volume which because of the not stable sales order
• SAP PP module response: Set and maintain the necessary data to PP module.  (eg: work center, Routing, MPR4 and work schedule)
• Support production improvment, solve the problems appeared in the production, and make sure production run well
• Work on the new product project, planning of the new process, invest plan of the project, and realize all related activities and so on, OLM management
• Monitor and review the effectiveness of site’s or business’s EHS Management System (arrangements, objectives, targets, systems and procedures) and other duties as assigned

Your Profile as an IE Engineer:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical and electronic engineering
• Be familiar with PFMEA,Control plan, Poka-Yoke design, Lean production, IATF 16949, Core Tools and etc
• More than 3 years experience in process planning of Mechanical manufacturing, automotive industry experience is preferred
• Fluent in oral and written English
• High responsiblities and good teamwork
• Can bear high working pressure
