  • Ensure machines and equipment are available when scheduled to run
  • Responsible for increasing MTBF and reducing MTTR
  • Maintenance work execution (Preventive, Predictive, Breakdown’s Analysis)
  • Having good knowledge for the Spare Parts Management system.
  • Servo Drives, VFDs, Sensors, Pressure Gauge and instrument’s fault finding and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge for Machining Shop- VMC, HMC, Turning Lathe with Fanuc system.
  • OMRON & MITSUBISHI PLC, HMI programming and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge for NI system (National Instruments)
  • Creates training and development plan for all maintenance team members.
