Responsible for increasing MTBF and reducing MTTR
Maintenance work execution (Preventive, Predictive, Breakdown’s Analysis)
Having good knowledge for the Spare Parts Management system.
Servo Drives, VFDs, Sensors, Pressure Gauge and instrument’s fault finding and troubleshooting.
Knowledge for Machining Shop- VMC, HMC, Turning Lathe with Fanuc system.
OMRON & MITSUBISHI PLC, HMI programming and troubleshooting.
Knowledge for NI system (National Instruments)
Creates training and development plan for all maintenance team members.
