ZF's Commercial Vehicle Solutions (CVS) division helps shaping the future of commercial transportation ecosystems.  Your Tasks

  • Ensure machines and equipment are available when scheduled to run.
  • Assist in equipment advance planning, specification, installation and improvement.Manage spare parts and tools.
  • Develops and implements preventive maintenance program for all machines & equipment's in the value stream.
  •  Responsible for increasing MTBF and reducing MTTR.
  • Corrective maintenance to avoid similar failure occurring in future.
  • Creates training and development plan for all maintenance team members.

Your Profile

  • Hand on experience on PLC troubleshooting and HMI of all type of modules.
  • Plan to implement the shutdown practices for Plant maintenance and Preventive Maintenance of HT & LT Panels.
  • Maintenance of CNC VMC, HMC, Turning Machine.
  • To Increase the Productivity of Machine, analyzing the requirements and modifying the machine with PLC unit and Drives.
  • Handling shift and providing training to technicians. To help in Electrical-Mechanical problem.
