MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Ensure machines and equipment are available when scheduled to run.
  • Assist in equipment advance planning, specification, installation and improvement.
  • Manage spare parts and tools.
  • Develops and implements preventive maintenance program for all machines & equipments in the value stream.
  • Responsible for increasing MTBF and reducing MTTR.
  • Corrective maintenance to avoid similar failure occurring in future.
  • Creates training and development plan for all maintenance team members.
