Basic information

You will be part of a team of Process Experts implementing standardized processes and solutions for the digitization of internal production. The team is responsible for Industry 4.0 projects and their rollout across all location of Division A. In close cooperation with the domain Production and corporate IT, the team implements economical processes and solutions based on modern IT technologies, such as ERP- and PLM-Systems, Digital Manufacturing Platform (DMP), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Augmented Reality and Big Data Analytics. You will support to establish a learning culture with a flexible organization and standardized IT solutions to enhance productivity, increase efficiency, provide flexibility, and quicker value to our company.

Your main tasks:

• Design, implement and support the divisional PLM processes

• Assist with process gaps and stabilization

• Continuous optimization of the complete processes from conception to implementation

• Identify internal and external business needs and propose change requirements

• Maintain & utilize the network of local process experts to ensure needs & requirements of plants are well considered

• Provide and maintain relevant process documentation according ZF BPM standards and tools

• Create and maintain process related training materials Train the process users (employees and managers)

• Document, monitor and audit the process.

Your profile:

• Knowledge and experience in production related business processes, management systems, production tools & methods or alternative in prototype shop processes, tools and methods.

• Expertise within the respective process in terms of innovation, trends, best practices and possible solution approach regarding applications and data

• Robust network within ZF Group and outside

• English language

• Strong moderation, communication and matrix skills with team spirit and global view

• Process thinking, hands-on mentality as well as the ability to cooperate and communicate from the shop floor to management level and intercultural competence

• Strong expertise in related information technology & systems
