Imagine being part of a dynamic team spread across the globe, with 12 validation project managers in Koblenz, North/South America and Shanghai. As we are now expanding our physical validation manager’s team to Jablonec/Liberec, we are looking for a dedicated professional to help us strengthen connections between these locations.

As a Validation Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in building strong connections between our locations, sharing know-how, and thinking beyond local scopes to drive our global collaboration excellence in validation processes. 

You will work mostly with the NVH, CAE… teams in Liberec, ensuring our braking systems and products meet the highest standards. Join us and be a part of a team that values collaboration, global thinking, and cutting-edge technology.

What can you look forward as Physical Validation Project Manager?

• Manage the development, validation, and release of braking systems, overseeing simulation, physical component/system validation, NVH, prototyping, and testing
• Plan and control resources and budgets, ensuring advanced planning and tracking of validation progress for mechanics, hydraulics, electronics, and safe product release
• Consolidate and implement test strategies and methods, including Validation Concept and Design Verification Plan, and support their execution
• Report and escalate issues to project and program management, evaluate risks, and manage problem-solving activities
• Serve as the technical lead and primary interface with customers, defining project scope, ensuring customer communication, and delivering programs on schedule

Your Profile as Physical Validation Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering and related fields; Master’s preferred
• 4+ yrs experience in test management/project management/ project coordination
• Strong skills in testing, data analysis, problem-solving, and engineering principles related to braking and mechatronic systems
• Knowledge of automotive standards (ISO26262, A-Spice), ISTQB certification is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills, customer interaction experience, and strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
