Profitability Analyst (m/f/d)

About the Team

Provide financial analysis and business support to the Braking Product Line Senior Management and Sales & Portfolio Organizations.

What can you look forward to as Profitability Analyst (m/f/d)?: 
•    Maintain and continuously improve Global Braking Product Line Profitability Reporting systém. 
•    Analyze monthly Product and Customer profitability and variances; coordinate with various plants, identify the issues and enforce corrective measures; track progress.
•    Report monthly Customer and Product profitability to Portfolio/Sales/Senior Management.  Maintain the data in Power BI.
•    Identify low-margin contracts, coordinate product margin improvement activities; track progress; Run Leaker & Bleeder profit improvement process.
•    Participate in Sales / Portfolio review meetings and support profitability info requests.
•    Preparation of the Strategic Plan in co-ordination with various functions, conduct review meetings; support the Operating Plan 
•    Co-ordinate and collect the Cost of Compensation info, Manufacturing Overheads info from various plants. 
•    Support Sales Directors and Managers on the commercial review meeting preparations. Other Ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
 

Your profile as Profitability Analyst (m/f/d):
•    Degree in Finance (University/FH/BA) and a sound technical understanding. 
•    Strong analytical skills.
•    Excellent PC skills (MS Office), knowledge of MFG/PRO and/or SAP as well as knowledge of structured databases a plus.
•    Good proficiency in English, knowledge of an additional European language (German, French, Czech or Polish) a plus.
•    Excellent communication and organization skills. 
•    Ability to prioritize and work independently.
•    Assertiveness on all levels of the organization.
•    Readiness to travel.
