Job Description

Customer and supplier management, management of the logistical flow of materials, information and logistical processes.

What you can look forward to as a Logistic Coordinator:

 
•    Decide and manage the expedition plan, communicate and decide in case of disputes with the head of the department. 
•    Decide and manage the material supply plan, communicate and decide in case of disputes with the head of the department. 
•    Communication with customers, work with customer portals, processing customer orders. 
•    Ordering and solving transport according to customer specifications, solving customs issues. 
•    Cooperation with the finance department, approving invoices. 
•    Communication with suppliers and managing material supplies. 
•    Management of logistical discrepancies and management of special transports. 
•    Updates the expedition plan as a basis for the production plan.

Your profile as a Logistic Coordinator:

 
•    Secondary school 
•    Basic legal and business knowledge, basic knowledge of customs issues, knowledge of production processes, technical knowledge, drawing documentation 
•    Active English and Czech language (another foreign language, e.g. French, German an advantage) 
•    Knowledge of quality standards ISO TS 16949, ISO 14001 and internal regulations - general knowledge of ISO 9000, VDA6, QS 9000, FIEV, ISO 14000 - knowledge of MMOG, LPO standards 
•    Knowledge of working with a PC, practical knowledge of Microsoft Office + professional SW
