Head of Finance (m/f/d)

Job Description

Responsible for the financial performance of the location and integral member of the location management team; Monitoring of optimal use of resources and responsible for the investment and headcount release process of the location.
What you can look forward to as Head of Finance?:
•    Planning, management and control of the reporting unit location and thus ensuring that the planned success of the reporting unit „location“ is achieved.
•    Ensuring and taking responsibility for KPI´s indicators in the financial area.
•    Ensuring the accounting service for the reporting units of the division.
•    Development and implementation of high-performance planning and controlling systems.
•    Monitoring of the optimal use of resources.
•    Advice to managers and, in particular, to the location´s management team in terms of business support and, if necessary, initiation of necessary measures to achieve the goals. 
Your profile as Head of Finance?:
•    5-8 years plus of experience in financial roles. Strong understanding of the major processes and functions across the business.
•    Experience should cover a range of disciplines within finance (e.g. controllership, audit, Treasury, Tax, Systems etc.).
•    Equivalent of university degree in business or finance.
•    Fluent in English and communication level of knowledge of the Czech language.
•    Strong analytical skills and action oriented individual with integrity and trust who will not compromise values.
•    Good motivator and effective comunicator who functions well in an international matrix organization. 
•    Strong leadership skills.
