Commercial Project Manager

Your responsibilities:

Provide level III support and coordination for a fast-paced quote development activity to meet quote due dates.
Interface with Global Sales teams, Finance, Engineering, Purchasing, Operations, Logistics, and executive management in the pursuit of new business.
Track quote progress for product lines in Europe and North America.
Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope while within the GDPEP Process.
Review financial information, compare and analyze solutions cross customers and projects.
Recognize deviations and potential opportunities for improvement. Clarify these independently between the global ZF locations, define objectives and track these accordingly
Lead review meetings to track project, manage delivery of inputs according to the dates previously established and distribute minutes.
Input financial data into a global database for the division. Coordinate global and intercompany quotes.
Maintain on-line files and files in storage per document retention guidelines.
Align projects cross functionally with other departments (e.g. Market Planning).
Support Customer Quotation Authorization (CQA) Manager as needed.

Our requirements:

Bachelor's degree, Specialization/Master’s is a plus
Fluent in English (any other language is a plus)
Strong planning, organization, and analytical skills.
Detail oriented.
Database entry requires high-level of precision.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Power Point. Power BI experience is a plus.
Effective presentation skills.
Automotive industry experience required. Strong sense of urgency and ownership.
Demonstrated ability to work successfully in teams and independently.
Be a good team player and effective leader who is able to motivate their project team.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once with shifting priorities.
Ability to establish working relationships at all levels of the organization through strong communication skills.
