We are strengthening our team in Process Engineering at our location in Izmir.

What you can look forward to as Process and Fixture Design Engineer :

• Provide engineering support for assembly and machining lines
• Design jigs, fixtures, and production tools to increase efficiency and prepare technical drawings for fixtures and manufacturing equipment
• Support execution of new product launches and deliver input from the manufacturing engineering point of view
• Realization of technology innovations
• Establish and ensure optimized equipment utilization for dedicated production lines
• Execute standardization and digitalization of production processes and drive continuous improvement projects within Production Unit
• Develop and execute process planning for a production line
• Set-up and installation of new production lines

Your profile as Process and Fixture Design Engineer:

• Academic degree in technical field or equivalent
• Several years of professional experience in a manufacturing and fixture design environment
• Good understanding of relevant products & manufacturing processes
• Proefficiency in CAD software (e.g: Solidworks, Autocad, Inventor) & Ability to create and interpret technical drawings
• Advanced skill set to analyse and solve problems, to present topics, run projects and build teams
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods and production workflows
• Very good oral and written communication skills & Fluent in English
• Knowledge in IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and QMS Project Management skills
