Warehouse & Freight/Logistics Leader (m/f/d)

About the Team:

We are looking for Warehouse & Freight/Logistics Leader within Aftermarket Division, for our Istanbul, Sultanbeyli location.

What you can look forward to as Warehouse & Freight / Logistics Leader (m/f/d):

• Manage and coordinate daily warehouse operations across ZF and 3PL facilities in full compliance with local regulations, ZF Group policies, and HSE requirements,
• Identify operational risks within warehouse and logistics processes, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement,
• Lead and guide the warehouse team, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to operational standards. Act as the first point of contact for resolving warehouse-related issues,
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations,
• Conduct periodic and annual inventory counts and ensure their accuracy,
• Support logistics tenders by defining requirements and tracking KPIs,
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems to monitor workflows, generate reports, and enhance process efficiency; contribute to improvements in cost, service level, and overall operational performance.

Your profile as Warehouse & Freight / Logistics Leader (m/f/d):

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Management, Engineering or an equivalent field with proficiency in English,
• In total 8+ years of previous experience in Warehouse and Logistics Management, preferably in the automotive sector, incl. min. about 3 years in similar role (e.g., leader, manager),
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, freight logistics, customs processes,
• Advanced competence in MS Office applications and ERP system (SAP preferably),
• Demonstrated excellence in organization, problem‑solving, advanced analytics, and attention to detail,
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously,
• Driving license,
• Additionally: for male candidates military duty should be completed.
