Supplier Development Engineer

We are looking for a Supplier Development Engineer for our Sultanbeyli location
 
Your tasks:
 
●Contribute to companies supplier management strategy in Turkey
 
●Lead and manage supplier development projects and Supplier Readiness projects
 
●Support Continuous Improvement program: Align with the SQA team to support CIP at assigned suppliers.
 
●Ensure annual supplier related targets: cooperation with SQA’s to ensure supplier KPI fulfillment
 
●Assist in resolve supplier claims as required by SQA

 

Your Profile:
 
●University degree in mechanical engineering and 5 years of similar work experience in the automotive industry
 
●Certified VDA 6.3 Auditor with deep knowledge in core processes like forging, forming, heat treatment, coating, machining, casting and assembly
 
●Knowledge of quality norms as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IATF 16949 and as well as knowledge in usage of quality core tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, 8D)
 
●Analytical approach, proficient in problem solving techniques and project management skills
 
●High level of motivation, strong and reliable decision making-capabilities, good level communication skills
