For our Aftermarket Business, we are looking for a Senior Global Category Manager Vibration Damping (m/f/d) for our Passenger Car Business Line at our location in Istanbul.

Your tasks:

Details medium to long term strategic direction for vibration damping product line, including market trends & competitor landscape, by defining growth requirements, brands, price positioning and sourcing strategy
Drives execution of strategy to deliver commercial success of respective product line and achieve sales, margin & profitability performance targets
Leads definition of Go-to-Market Strategy with corresponding global sales, margin and market share targets
Deployed through Regional Category managers targets, highlighting opportunity gaps to maximize market penetration
Leads cross functional teams globally for execution of strategic measures

Your profile:

Min. Bachelor’s degree in Business/Economics or similar fields
Min 8+ years of preferably automotive aftermarket experience in similar managerial positions in multi-nationalities organization
Ability to see the big picture, understand business needs, formulate strategies and translate these into actions to achieve the business goals.
Presents ideas effectively & able to deliver presentations to Senior Management with fluent English
Project management skills, to support follow up on implementation of strategic actions plans with strong negotiating, influencing and relationship management skills
