About the Team:

We are expanding our Sales & Market team across Istanbul and looking for IMEA Regional Product Manager (Transmission, Axles & E-Mobility) to join us in Istanbul with Division Aftermarket.

What you can look forward to as IMEA Regional Product Manager:

• Responsible for creating and implementing timely regional product range development plans for respective portfolio to achieve defined KPI targets derived from business/ customer requirements.
• End-to-end responsibility for respective portfolio sales & margin in the region
• Define, align and execute regional respective portfolio strategy, as part of regional category book workstream
• Act as the regional Aftermarket product owner to support regional front-line sales team to ensure flawless go-to-market strategy of existing portfolio and range extensions
• Represent the regional market to define product specifications and position products in the appropriate customer segments for financial success. Strategically position products in both premium and budget segments.
• Assist in the operational and strategic planning processes for the regional portfolio.

Your profile as IMEA Regional Product Manager:

• Min 3 years experience in similar product management, specification & development processes with knowledge of Automotive Aftermarket
• Strategic and analytic thinking and active execution of product strategy targets
• Fluent written & spoken English and Turkish
• Communication skills and relationship management, self motivator and can work independently
