Purchasing Specialist (m/f/d)

About the Team:

We are looking for a new candidate for the position of Purchasing Specialist within Aftermarket Division in our Istanbul, Sultanbeyli location.

What you can look forward to as Purchasing Specialist (m/f/d):

• Supports the regional buyer and the team in the daily business with executing purchasing-relevant communication with suppliers, evaluating and re-negotiate quotations for final decision with the regional buyer,
• Analysis of offers received and benchmarks, setup & maintenance of relevant ERP Systems (SAP, BPCS, Navision) and maintenance of supplier master data,
• Support and create global coordination with team from various regions on topics such as the standardization of sources, conditions, developments, minimum quantities,
• Regular reporting of supplier evaluations from various ZF tools, analysis of results, and request of improvement measures in coordination with expert departments,
• Prepare and follow up on supplier visits, also with personal participation in coordination with superiors.

Your profile as Purchasing Specialist (m/f/d):

• University degree,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing/ supplier development/supply chain positions and preferably in the IAM/automotive spare parts sector,
• Experienced in Power BI and excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint),
• Strong negotiation skills, resilience and assertiveness,
• Upper -intermediate English and Turkish speaking is must, German is a plus,
• Driving license, 
• Additionally: for male candidates military duty should be completed.
