Project Manager

For our location Istanbul, we are looking for a Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Lead major projects across different regions & product lines (e.g. implementation of new regulatory standard, transformational projects)
• Define project plans incl. milestone planning, risk management & KPIs. Monitor product creation processes and team performance and designs and leads implementation of improvement actions as needed
• Ensures and documents compliance with standards and processes for product creation (GDPEP). Contributes to continuous improvement of these standards and processes together with Domain
• Manage risks, resolve problems/issues, and handle baseline changes during project execution, reporting and escalating to decision-makers and stakeholders as necessary
• Secure and negotiate team resources and provide performance feedback and development needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with min 5 years of experience in project management & PM tools (project planning, controlling & monitoring, risk management, change request management, quality management)
• Preferably knowledge of ZF Products
• Strong problem-solving skills, outcome-orientation and ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication skills and experience in leading cross-functional matrix teams
• Professional level of English proficiency.
