Product Manager

Short Description

About the Team:

We are expanding our Strategy & Business Development team across Istanbul and looking for Product Manager (Window Regulator) to join us in Istanbul with Division Aftermarket.

What you can look forward to as Product Manager:

• Responsible for creating and implementing timely regional product range development plans for respective product line/s to achieve defined KPI targets derived from business/ customer requirements
• Daily co-ordination with Engineering to implement and maintain global product specifications and standards with regional supply base, only allowing for regional deviations where approved by Global Engineering 
• Lead the entire New Product Introduction Process from coverage to sourcing
• Coordinates regular visual and technical benchmarking of product line against competitor offering, providing input for product positioning statement. Supports workstream activities defined in regional category strategy
• Responsible for maintaining product master data for respective product line/s. Coordinates cross referencing against competitors and OE with Data Team to guarantee customer range demands are fulfilled. Processing of range and product related customer enquiries (incl. tenders)

Your profile as Product Manager:

• At least 5 years of experience OES/IAM/Service sales processes & business
• Experience in product management and or product engineering in Automotive
• Knowledge Independent Automotive Aftermarket
• Fluent written & spoken English and Turkish
• Communication skills and relationship management, self motivator and can work independently
