About the team and role:

As a Product Manager – Control Systems, you will play a key role in shaping and managing the regional product portfolio. Working at the interface of product development, sales, service, and customer support, you will drive product range optimization, lead new product introductions, and ensure strong market readiness across the region. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to manage product data, monitor market and competitor developments, and act as a central point of contact for product‑related inquiries, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and business performance.

What you can look forward to as Product Manager - Control System:

• Develop and execute timely regional product range development plans for assigned product lines to achieve defined KPI targets, in line with business and customer requirements
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including Go‑to‑Market strategy and service and sales readiness
• Proactively manage the product portfolio by identifying gaps, exclusivity opportunities, and releasing OE conversion products when required
• Ensure accuracy and visibility of product master data across internal and external platforms
• Drive change management activities within the portfolio
• Collaborate with Product Information Management on competitor and OE cross‑referencing to meet customer range needs
• Act as the main contact for the Customer Service Desk on product, range, and commercial inquiries

Your profile as Product Manager - Control System:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, specification, and product development processes, preferably within the Automotive Aftermarket, with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Knowledge of passanger car control systems products, product structures, and processes, especially GD‑PEP
• Proven ability to think strategically and analytically, with a hands‑on approach to executing product strategy objectives
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong communication and relationship management skills; self‑motivated and able to work independently
