About the Team:

We are expanding our Purchasing team across Gebze and looking for NPM - Purchasing Specialist  to join us in Gebze with Division Chassis Solutions.

What you can look forward to as NPM - Purchasing Specialist:

• Support the plants at HUB Turkey NPM activities according to ZF Purchasing Group Directives, Policy and KPIs
• Work for NPM Services (Business Services & Fleet, Travel, Temporary Labor, HR Services), Facility Management, Machines & Equipment, Tools, Engineering Systems and Investments and Spare Parts & Maintenance, General Supplies
• Analyze, challenge, and consolidate the stakeholder’s needs and negotiate, and approve shopping request
• Identify and leading cost reduction initiatives, optimizing local supplier base

Your profile as NPM - Purchasing Specialist:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, business administration
• Experience at Non-Production Material Purchasing in global environment
• Ability to work in a team and manage projects remotely, people-oriented, and independent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP
• Fluent in Turkish and English; good communication skills
