Head of IAM Turkey Sales (m/f/d)

For our Aftermarket Division in Istanbul, we are looking for a Head of IAM Turkey Sales (m/f/d). The Sales Manager is responsible to manage and grow business with assigned customers and market segments in the IAM Key Customers in Turkey.

 

Your tasks:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business
  • Manages assigned IAM customers/market segments sales business in Turkey and ensures delivery of sales, profitability and customer satisfaction targets for the respective customer base
  • Drives sales development within the country in line with defined brand and sales strategy as well as market share and profitability targets, in alignment with the Sub-Region Head
  • Negotiates agreements with customers in line with given targets and delivers operational customer sales support on a daily basis 
  • Leads and develops with a solid line a team of sales, defines and implements individual KPIs for the team in a way that sales/profitability targets and customer expectations can be delivered

 

Your profile:

  • Min Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a Technical Field
  • 8+ years of experience as sales manager in automotive industry, experience in the Automotive Aftermarket Business in global complex/matrix organizations is preferred
  • Deep understanding of automotive business, market trends and sales network development and management
  • Proven management, coordination/cooperation and strategic thinking skills
  • Analytical thinking, decision making, change orientation and good communication skills with excellent command of English
