We are looking for a Fleet Sales Specialist for our Sultanbeyli location
Responsibilities:
- Drives commercial vehicle category sales & profitability OP & SP in the country and represents commercial vehicle category expertise towards customer base, underwriting the ZF category offering.
- To make regular customer visits to heavy commercial vehicle fleets to increase product and brand awareness with ZF's wide product range and increase customer portfolio.
- To manage key municipal and private owned commercial vehicle fleets, building strong and lasting relationships, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for acquire new customers, increase the business volume of existing customers.
- To contribute distributors to achieve their commercial vehicle sales targets by generating spare parts sales opportunities.
- To lead the retrofit solutions on heavy commercial vehicles; driving all promotion, coordinating project design, pricing, ordering, installation, and commissioning processes with the relevant departments.
Qualifications:
- Graduated from engineering departments of universities.
- Good command of English language
- Min. 5 years’ experience Sales/Product Management/Business Development areas in the automotive sector and good knowledge of commercial vehicle spare parts. (preferer ZF products)
- Good driving skills and class B driving licence.
- Good negotiating, influencing and relationship management skills with strategic and analytic thinking approach.
