Job Description

About the Team:

We are expanding our Customer Service team across Istanbul and looking for Customer Technical Support Specialist (Customer Competency Center) to join us in Istanbul with Division Aftermarket.

 

What you can look forward to as Customer Technical Support Specialist:

  • Manage all incoming customer technical requests, claims, and questions, ensuring the comprehensive information about our products and services
  • Collaborate with sales units and technical departments to effectively resolve customer requests, claims, and questions
  • Provide clear communication to explain technical information and guide customers
  • Collect feedback related to the company's products and services and report regularly
  • To maintain an ongoing awareness in relevant technical areas and consistently enhance his/her knowledge and skills regarding new products and services.


Your profile as Customer Technical Support Specialist:

  • Engineering background, preferably with knowledge in hydraulic, mechanical, or electronic systems in the automotive industry
  • 4 year experience in technical customer service and customer relationship management
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and solution-oriented skills.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve, ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs and very good command of English
