Customer Competency Center - Reporting Specialist

We are strengthening our team in Customer Service at our location in Istanbul/Sultanbeyli.

 

What you can look forward to as Customer Competency Center - Reporting Specialist:

  • Ensure proper handling of customer requests and feedback across internal platforms; provide training when required
  • Monitor CCC performance indicators, prepare comprehensive KPI reports
  • Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and support ongoing process improvement activities
  • Report system errors on platforms, coordinating with the appropriate teams to ensure prompt resolution
  • Manage annual agreements, prepare and update sales reports, provide analytical insights and reports
  • Organize campaign data and manage incoming requests through the Sales Support pool
  • Ensure process quality compliance and keep documentation and workflows up to date

 

Your profile as Customer Competency Center - Reporting Specialist:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Econometrics, Statistics, or a related field with several years of of similar experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and advanced English
  • Preferably experienced with SAP systems and Power BI reporting tools
  • Strong communication abilities with a customer oriented mindset
  • Excellent problem solving skills and a solution focused Approach
  • High eagerness to learn, commitment to continuous improvement, and ability to adapt to a fast paced work environment
