About the team:

We are looking for Project Buyer (Braking-Passenger Car) for our Sultanbeyli location

What you can look forward to as Project Buyer

Plan and develop strategic suppliers for braking items, ensuring suppliers meet engineering requirements

Lead the purchasing function to support both local and global requirements. Conduct price and incoterm negotiations and manage RFQ process to ensure timely completion with target net margins.

Apply and manage Purchase Price Variance principles and define activities to achieve PPV objectives.

Coordinate with the product management team for benchmarking and testing of products. Ensuring VDA audit plans for new suppliers with the internal quality team and timely closure of audit action plans.

Facilitate the signing of purchase contracts with local suppliers. Ensure timely product release by coordinating with cross-functional teams and addressing potential issues to meet deadlines.

Your Profile as Project Buyer

University degree with experience in the Automotive Industry

Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Braking Purchasing, with expertise in processes, compliance, and raw material pricing

Fluent written & spoken English

Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications

Strategic and analytic thinking with strong negotiation skill
